- How much does a website cost?
- The Basic package is $699 to build and $65 / month for care, which covers hosting, maintenance, five business mailboxes and three basic edits a month. Advanced projects start from $999 to build and from $95 / month, and are scoped and quoted.
- How long does it take to get a website live?
- A website can be live in as little as a week when your domain is ready and the first design is a fit. Every project is different, so we confirm the timing with you before we start.
- Can I update the website myself?
- Yes. Every website comes with an owner portal, set up for the things your business changes most: a menu and opening hours, prices, listings or posts. You sign in, make the change and it is on the site.
- What counts as a basic edit?
- A basic edit is a small change to existing text, an image, a link or a similar element that the portal does not cover. Your care plan includes 3 a month. New pages, features, layouts, bulk content entry and redesigns are quoted separately.
- How do I pay for the build?
- Pay the full build up front, or half to begin and half before launch. Three- and six-month installment arrangements for the second half can be discussed.
- Can I get business email without a website?
- Yes. Business email is sold with a website or on its own. A 30 GB mailbox is $6 / month, it works with any mail app, and it uses your own domain.
- I already have a website that is hard to update. Can you help?
- Yes. Redesigns are quoted, and usually cost less than a first build when the existing backend can be reused. Tell us what you have and what has become difficult.
- Do you only work with businesses in Texas?
- No. We work with businesses across Texas and beyond. Our local connections are in Austin and El Paso, and we meet with everyone else through remote meetings.
- I am not sure what I need. Where do I start?
- Start with a conversation. Tell us about your business and what is not working, and we will suggest what would help. The path is simple: we talk, you review a design, and then we launch.
